OMEGA BURSATIL SA signed an agreement with the Internal Revenue Service, IRS according to its acronym in English, on the FATCA Law (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) which was approved by the United States government on March 18, 2010 and begins effective as of July 1, 2014.
